We request 24 hour notice to cancel/re-schedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged a $25 fee to the card you provided when booking the appointment. If you do not notify us and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $75 no show fee.
If you cancel your IV therapy appointment within 1 hour of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the price of the therapy you selected to cover costs and nursing expenses. If you are not present at your provided location for a mobile IV infusion, our nurses will attempt to contact you and wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you will be charged the full price for your therapy for being a ‘no show’.
Notify us immediately. If our schedule allows, we will try to accommodate you. If our schedule does not allow, we will have to charge our cancellation fee as outline in our policy.
We do not accept cash in the office, nor do our nurses accept cash payments when providing mobile IV services. We accept all major credit cards and gift cards.
At this time we are a cash based business as most insurances do not cover IV therapy or cosmetic injections. You may ask your insurance company if our therapies qualify for reimbursement and we can provide a receipt for services to you.
Almost everyone can benefit from IV therapy and it is relatively safe. Our nurses will review your medical history form prior to your appointment and discuss any conditions, allergies, medications, and supplements that may be a contraindication to IV therapy. We do not provide IV therapy to anyone under the age of 14. Anyone under the age of 18 years old must have parental consent and a parent present during their appointment.
We understand that average ER wait times and the associated cost can be a burden. However, we are not a substitute for emergency medical attention.
If you are sick and dehydrated or suffering from a migraine, we can offer rehydrating IV therapy and booster injections to make you feel better. Our migraine protocol does offer anti-inflammatory medication which helps decrease pain and prevent rebound headaches.

Our office is conveniently located on Taylorsville Rd. by Breckenridge Lane. In our office have created a peaceful and relaxing IV lounge. Our typical IV therapy visit lasts 45-60 minutes. Therefore, you can schedule an appointment that meets your need and be ‘in and out’ pretty quick to accomplish the rest of the tasks on your to do list!
Our mobile IV hydration services are perfect for the group visiting from out of town, someone with the flu or stomach bug that doesn’t have the energy to leave the house, someone suffering from a migraine that is sensitive to light or noise, and anyone without transportation to the office. Anyone can request a mobile visit and get their infusion therapy in the comfort of their own home.

The frequency of therapy is determined on a patient by patient basis. We take a customized approach to suit your individual needs. Our experienced nurses will make your IV insertion as painless as possible. We can also provide a local anesthetic cream, just let us know prior to your visit
For our cosmetic injections we offer free consultations. During this time our injectors will do an assessment and provide their recommendations to give you the desired look you wish to achieve. This will include pricing information and time to answer any questions you may have. If time allows, our injector may also perform the service during this time.
We can discuss the appropriateness of IV therapy with each individual patient if pregnant or breastfeeding. It is also recommended you discuss IV therapy with your OBGYN to make sure they have no objections to you receiving the therapy. The mix of vitamins and fluids is not likely to be harmful to you or the baby and is very low risk.
It is recommended that pregnant and/or breastfeeding mothers do not receive any cosmetic injectable therapy while pregnant.
· Botox: pregnant or breastfeeding mothers, allergy to egg, cow’s milk (dysport only), and components of botulinum toxin products. Please notify your injector of any muscle or nerve conditions, bleeding disorders, recent or upcoming surgeries, and any medications you are taking.
· Dermal Fillers: pregnant or breastfeeding mothers, allergy to lidocaine, active infections, scars in the area you wish to receive injection, and anticoagulant therapy.
If you have a history of cold sores, please notify your provider prior to your appointment. Our provider can prescribe a prophylactic antiviral prior to your injections to prevent an outbreak. It is not recommended to receive injections during an active outbreak.
Avoid taking aspirin, Ibuprofen, naproxen, fish oil, Ginko Biloba, and St. Johns wart prior to injection therapy as they may increase your risk of bleeding at the injection sites.
There is little to no downtime for cosmetic injections. You may have some bruising or irritation for several days to a week after dermal filler injections. Specific post-injection instructions will be provided to you during your appointment. We recommend planning treatments at least one week prior to any events and/or trips.
